Discount Terms and Restrictions

We offer discounts with very few restrictions or conditions. We apply this discount regardless of whether you enter the discount code or not. Discounts less than $100 are not eligible for any discounts. All discounts will be applied after you complete your purchase, before the order is shipped. We apply volume discounts on eligible items manually. Bulk cases of electric cords are not eligible for any further discounts.

Volume Discounts
We offer the following discounts based on order quantity:
orders over $500 get 10% off
orders over $1000 get 15% off
orders over $2500 get 20% off
orders over $5000 get 25% off

Volume discounts may not be combined with any other offer or discount. Volume discounts will be applied in our office during processing and will not show up during checkout.

A word about your estimated total as shown in the confirmation email we send after you order. Variables like item weights, items sold by gram, out of stock items, and shipping destinations outside the US make it almost impossible for us to provide an exact cost at the time you place your order (we usually estimate pretty closely though). Most likely the price will be within a few dollars, unless we are out of stock of something you order, in which case the order will be less than your confirmation email price.

We charge credit cards when we ship, not when you order. This means that we will charge the corrected price with accurate shipping and jewelry by weight prices, regardless of what the confirmation email says. Again, our estimates are usually very close to the final total.

Our goal is to provide you with great items at great prices. Our discounts are liberal, and we apply them fairly. You won't find any bait and switch here. If you have questions, please call us!
