If you are considering ordering from us, this page will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. We are one of the original wholesalers of sterling silver jewelry on the internet. I started this business back in 1995 and put our first website up in 1996. While many things have changed since then (at that time silver was just $4 per oz., now it's almost $20!), we have maintained our commitment to providing beautiful sterling silver jewelry at affordable prices with excellent customer service.

Here then, are some straight answers to some simple questions that we hear from new customers.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is $100. We do accept orders as low as $75, but they are not eligible for any discounts or promotions. We don't charge an additional fee for orders under $100 like some other sites.

Do I need to set up and account?
No, there is nothing to set up. You can see our wholesale prices and start ordering immediately. During the checkout process we will collect all the necessary information for billing, shipping and payment info.

Do you offer other services?
Absolutely. Once you place your first order, you will have access to your personal profile where you can view past orders and check order status. In addition, we offer lots of valuable resources and tips that will help you to better sell the products on our site. Almost every piece you see has some sort of story attached to it, so take advantage of the work we have done to make your selling experience easier. On our site you will find birthstone info, a glossary of common terms, articles on the industry, trends forecasting and stories about the artisans and locales where our jewelry is made.

How can I reach you?
We have a toll free number on each page of the site. I am personally available to help answer questions and give advice on particular topics you may need assistance with. I have been in this business for more than 10 years, and though I can't guarantee I will have the answer you need, I can promise I will do my level best to assist you.

Is your site secure?
Yes! Our site is hosted by NetworkSolutions, one of the largest internet service providers. They provide us with a "Secure Sockets Layer " (SSL) method of encrypting data in transit from your computer to their servers. The bottom line is that your private data is secure. When you check out with our site (or provide sensitive info to any other site, for that matter), just look for the padlock in the lower right corner of your browser. If it's not "locked" after you have logged in, it's not secure...

We offer the following discounts on larger orders:

What sort of guarantees do you offer?
Every piece of our wholesale silver jewelry comes with a 30 day guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials. We have a 10 day, no-questions-asked return policy for wholesale silver jewelry or any of our wholesale gift items. We cannot refund shipping charges. Wholesale silver jewelry and gift item returns can be exchanged (no restocking fee), refunded or held on account as credit. When returning wholesale silver jewelry or wholesale gift items, please contact us for an RMA number before sending items back.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MC, American Express, JCB, Google Checkout and Paypal. We ship COD to established customers only.

How quickly do you ship?
We ship orders received within two business days of receiving them. Typically you will get your order within 5 business days of placing it (US customers). Our standard shipping method is via Fedex 2 day service, which takes 3 business days to reach destinations East of the Rockies.

What about International orders?
We ship to other countries almost every day! We use DHL as our preferred shipping method for international orders. Shipping for a 1 kilo package typically runs about $25 to Canada, Australia or the UK. With recent weakness in the US dollar, our prices are especially attactive for non-US customers. Will I have to pay Duty?
For most countries, you will be charged some sort of import fee. Australian customers can bring in up to AUD$1000 duty free, according to the Australia Customs Service website. UK customers please consult the HMRC Website for details. Canadian customers please see this link for details. Don't let all this talk of VAT and importing scare you. Goods shipped via DHL will be delivered directly to your door with all the necessary paperwork completed. You will just need to pay the additional VAT charges (if any) upon delivery.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MC, American Express, JCB, Google Checkout and Paypal. We ship COD to established customers only.

How do I pay by PayPal?
You need to have an account with them, and it is very easy to set up. See PayPal to sign up. When you go to checkout, you will automatically be transferred securely to the PayPal site.

How do I use Google Checkout?
Google checkout is a simple way to securely pay. It uses a proprietary method that keeps all your info secure and safe. Our site is not entirely compatible with Google Checkout, so the shipping charges don't get added automatically. If you use Google Checkout, we will contact you to arrange payment for the shipping charges. 

Where are you located?
We are in Kapaa, on the island of Kauai, in Hawaii, USA. Yes, it is a great place to live! During the winter, we are 2 hours earlier than the West Coast and 5 hours earlier than the East Coast. During Daylight Savings Time, we are 3 hours and 6 hours earlier, respectively.

Wow, shipping must be expensive from there. How does that work?
We ship all domestic orders via Fedex. Since the Fedex planes come to Hawaii full and fly back to the Mainland US basically empty, we get great rates. 2-3 day service to the Mainland US is just $8 for jewelry orders, regardless of quantity ordered. For lamps and textiles, shipping charges are determined by actual weight. Fedex 2-day rates are lower than postal service, and lower even than Fedex Ground.

Can I use your pictures on my site?
Yes, but only to promote our products.

Can I sell your products on my website?
Of course. You should have whatever items you are selling in stock in your own inventory. We run out of items, so if you sell something we are out of stock on, it will be up to you to handle your customer. We accept no responsibility for out of stock items, but we do try our best to avoid the "sold out" sign.
