We offer discounts with very few restrictions or conditions. New customers are eligible for a 10% discount on their first order. This discount may not be combined with any other discount or offer. We apply this discount regardless of whether you enter the discount code or not. Discounts less than $100 are not eligible for any discounts.

New Customer 10% Discount
To apply the new customer discount, enter the code new8 during checkout. This discount may only be used once per customer.

February 2008 20% Discount
Orders over $150 are eligible for a 20% discount. Just enter the code "F8" (no quotes) in the discount code box during checkout. This discount is valid until midnight PST, February 15, 2008. This discount is available on most items on the site, including assortments and sale items. The discount is not applicable to bulk wholesale electric cords. This discount may not be combined with any other offers or discounts, and does not apply to shipping charges.

Volume Discounts
We offer a 10% discount off all first-time orders. We almost always have some sort of special that we run. You can also receive the following discounts based on order quantity:
orders over $500 get 10% off
orders over $1000 get 15% off
orders over $2500 get 20% off
orders over $5000 get 25% off

Volume discounts may not be combined with any other offer or discount. Volume discounts will be applied in our office during processing and will not show up during checkout.

A word about your estimated total as shown in the confirmation email we send after you order. Variables like item weights, items sold by gram, out of stock items, and shipping destinations outside the US make it almost impossible for us to provide an exact cost at the time you place your order (we usually estimate pretty closely though). Most likely the price will be within a few dollars, unless we are out of stock of something you order, in which case the order will be less than your confirmation email price.

We charge credit cards when we ship, not when you order. This means that we will charge the corrected price with accurate shipping and jewelry by weight prices, regardless of what the confirmation email says. Again, our estimates are usually very close to the final total.
